The National Network of Perinatal Quality Collaboratives (NNPQC) provides resources and expertise to nationwide state-based PQCs to deepen and accelerate best practices to improve the quality of maternal and fetal care in hospitals.
Two Distinct Challenges
To increase access to these critical services, Proven provided a two-pronged approach: a digital experience built with PQCs in mind, and a collaborative technology strategy to assist in the build of a unified, extensible, PQC portal.
Collaboration Pairs With Strategy
Proven’s strategy focused on extensibility and accessibility. The original single-page NNPQC website limited content display and navigation, leading to a limited user experience. Proven worked closely with the NNPQC team to prepare our strategy, gathering insights and feedback to create a comprehensive solution that effectively addressed these issues.
A Visual Approach Honoring All Audiences
Proven took a truly collaborative approach in the site’s design. The process began with extensive stakeholder engagement to ensure the outcome would resonate with the target audience. By involving the stakeholders in the initial design phase, while maintaining and expanding on the existing visual identity, Proven ensured that the site was visually appealing and deeply meaningful to those who would be using and promoting it.
This inclusive process fostered a sense of ownership and alignment among all parties, resulting in a website that truly reflects the values and mission of the NNPQC.
Scalable Strategies
The collaborative work between Proven and NNPQC led to the development of a comprehensive portal for PQCs. By consulting on the initial technical build strategy and scalability, Proven ensured that the portal could grow and adapt to future needs. As a result, the portal was built to be continuously enhanced to meet evolving requirements, providing a scalable and sustainable solution for the PQC community.
